Sue comes from a Psychology/Play Therapy background and earned a Bachelor's Degree from Norwich University with a minor in child development. After graduating, she worked as an individual, group and family therapist in Denver. As Sue has also had a lifelong passion for movement, strength and health, she eventually decided to leave her job as a therapist and share this passion for fitness with others. She has worked in the fitness industry since 2000 and currently works as a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor, finding Pilates to be an invigorating complement to one's exercise regime. "Contrology (Pilates) is not a system of haphazard exercises designed to produce only bulging muscles. It is a unique trinity of a balanced body, mind and spirit." - Joseph Pilates
Starting in ballet, gymnastics, and yoga at the age of six, movement has always been a big part of Aja's life. She spent her childhood and teen years at the ballet studio almost everyday for hours, which began to strain her body. At the age of twelve, she started experiencing hip pain during dancing and throughout the day. Her mom encouraged her to try Pilates, and after four private sessions, she saw a huge difference in not only the pain but also with a new found core strength and body awareness. Not only did her dancing improve, but the way she moved started to change. Supplementing ballet with Pilates became the new normal. Soon it became more than a supplement, as she started to become very passionate about it.Following the completion of the Balanced Body comprehensive instructor training program, Aja is excited to share her knowledge and passion with the world. Pilates has changed her life, through incredible exercises that help relieve pain by training the body to move in correct alignment while building long and lean muscles. Her goal is to help clients feel amazing through this mind body experience.

Amy has been a dancer her whole life, with main focus on West African dance and the Latin styles, such as Salsa and Bachata. Her love of dance led her to becoming a Zumba Fitness Instructor in 2008, and to opening her own business in 2010 to teach Zumba. In 2017 Amy joined a Club Pilates to tone up a bit and in the process found that Pilates relieved her low back pain, which was diagnosed 4 years prior due to long hours at a desk in her full time job. Amy fell in love with the practice of Pilates right away and she has now completed her certification through Club Pilates and has made Pilates and Zumba Instruction her full time endeavors. Amy has discovered that Pilates is the perfect balance to her dancing, both mentally and physically and is at her lowest weight and best shape since before her pregnancy, 14 years ago. When not on the dance floor or at the Pilates studio, Amy loves to backcountry ski, backpack and travel internationally.

Rita Guillen has been a lover of movement since she was 3 yeas old. Growing up she danced ballet, tap and jazz. She taught at many studios in Albuquerque, NM and Los Angeles, CA. My name is Catie Reagin I am a Denver native and all around outdoor/active girl! When I am not teaching Pilates I enjoy going to the gym or being outside hiking/biking/camping with my boyfriend and puppy, Willow. After finishing my biology degree at college, I got into the fitness world by getting my personal training certification from NASM. I even went on to do a couple bodybuilding competitions. However, something was missing. I training everyday but my body hurt and my joints were killing me. I later found Pilates and have NEVER looked back. I truly believe Pilates is for everyBODY. It has helped me not only physically but mentally be the best person I can be. I look forward to helping clients rehab injuries, push themselves to new limits or try new moves during my classes. Please come see me soon!
